Cash return against advance payment |

- if any payment has been made in any of respective head in advance then after return in the same head net payment has to be reflected in different reports. To make the entry enter the details, select rokad vapsi from anya vargikaran in the same head in which payment was made. |

Bank Reconciliation |

- Bank/pla register is given to help for the calculation of closing balance of different account numbers, to be feeded in prapatra-7. |

Backup the data |

- Copy the "Database" folder ("c:\program files\PRIAS\PRIAS\database") to the location you want. |

Rename district or panchayat |
| |
- Take a look on  , go to the "Database" folder ("c:\program files\PRIAS\PRIAS\database") ,identify the panchayat by its number,right click on the .mdb file select "rename" ,type the name |

Export data in different formats |

 Open the report, click on the Export option next to printer icon,select the export format, choose the location where you want to save the file and save it. |
